If you run into a problem or want to request a feature in ORC8R Cloud, you can send it to our team directly from the app. This page explains how, and what happens after you submit.

Opening a support request

  1. Click Support in the top navigation.
  2. Choose the Project your request relates to.
  3. Pick a TypeBug if something is not working, or Feature if you are suggesting an improvement.
  4. Enter a Title — a short summary (between 5 and 120 characters).
  5. Enter a Description — what happened and what you expected (between 20 and 5,000 characters). The more detail you give, the faster we can help.
  6. Click Submit request.

After you submit, you will see a "Support request submitted" confirmation, and you can use Submit another to file more. Our team is notified automatically.

What happens next

Your request is delivered straight to our team's tracking system, along with the project and organization it came from and your email address, so we know who to reach. We follow up by email using the address on your account.

A few things to know:

  • Requests are recorded reliably. Once you see the confirmation, your request has been captured and will not be lost, even if there is a temporary delay delivering it.
  • There is no in-app ticket number or status page yet, so keep an eye on your email for our reply.
  • Support is available to anyone signed in to your organization, on any plan.

If the form is disabled

Support intake has to be switched on for your deployment. If you see a message that submissions are disabled, support has not been configured. In that case, reach out to whoever administers your ORC8R deployment.
